Empathy, precision, energy
My name is David, and I have been working as a massage therapist for more than five years. During that time, I have had the opportunity to work with people with a wide range of needs and expectations. I have always been interested in the human body – I completed five years of medical studies and have a long-standing interest in the musculoskeletal system, movement, and overall health.
I am currently continuing to develop my knowledge through a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. For me, combining knowledge of nutrition, movement, and the way the human body functions is essential and shapes my approach to caring for the person as a whole. During a massage, I therefore do not focus only on the specific area that is currently causing discomfort, but also try to look for broader connections and approach each client individually. My goal is to help the body function as well as possible, support its recovery, and at the same time give the client an opportunity to relax and enjoy a moment of pleasant care.
In my free time, one of the physical activities I enjoy is historical fencing. It has also helped me develop a deeper understanding of the body, its capabilities, and its limits. When I prefer something more relaxing, I enjoy playing board games or going to a good concert.
The massage treatments I offer include relaxation and classic massage, deep tissue massage, anti-migraine massage, and sports regeneration massage.
