About the Lymphatic massage
During this massage we massage mostly legs, because of the direction of the flow of lymph. Problematic places are massaged in case of swellings. We also offer lymphatic massage of a whole body, depending on the availability of the client, or lymphatic massage as a combination with classic Swedish massage for athletes. In case of anticellulite massage, we focus on problematic places.
EFFECTS OF the LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
Lymphatic massages support lymphatic circuit and effectively remove toxic substances from the body. No massage oils are used during this massage. Correctly performed lymphatic massage reduces swellings, accelerates methabolism and secreting, helps with fatigue, works as a prevention against diseases and supports natural immunity of the body. For the lymphatic massage to work as a prevention, it must be performed regularly, 2-3 times in two weeks.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LYMPHATIC AND ANTICELLULITE MASSAGE
During anticellulite massage, we additionally use special antifibrotic touches that break fibrous tissue.
