Perceptiveness, energy, balance
Massages have been part of my life since childhood, when I began massaging my parents and acquaintances. After graduating from a bilingual high school in Bardejov, I took a gap year before university, during which I completed a retraining massage course and an introductory course in psychosomatics. These confirmed to me that working with the body and the mind go hand in hand, and that it is important to see a person as a whole.
I am currently a third-year student of Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Sports Studies, Masaryk University. Thanks to my studies, I can connect my massage experience with professional knowledge and keep moving forward.
I mainly provide classic and sports massage, and I believe that I will continue to grow in expertise and bring more and more to my clients. I enjoy seeking connections, combining different approaches, and striving to offer the client the best possible solution.
In my free time, I like cooking, walking my dogs, running, or horseback riding. For several years I practiced martial arts – from Aikido to MMA – which taught me discipline, resilience, and respect for the body.
For me, massage is not just about working with muscles, the body, and its abilities, but also a way to bring people relief, joy of movement, and a better connection with themselves.
